Our Emergent Development house is the dream home we never knew we needed. The passive-certified construction makes the house incredibly efficient and comfortable to live in, tested by the unpredictable Houston weather. It is also thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind - our house stayed comfortably cool during summer storm power outages, and cozily warm during a hard winter’s freeze. The design elements are not only beautiful, but also practical (love the spacious storage and most especially the climate-controlled attic). We knew right away that so much love was put in this project and we are happy to have found our forever home!
